Questions

Practical questions

How long will I wait?

Booked patients are usually seen within 15 minutes of their slot. Walk-ins averaged 38 minutes from arrival to consultation between July and September 2026.

How can I pay?

Card, bank transfer, POS and cash. Corporate clients can be invoiced monthly.

Do you admit patients?

No. Harbour Fern is an outpatient centre. If you need admission, we arrange a transfer to a partner hospital in Port Harcourt and send your notes and results ahead.

Do you see children?

Yes, from infancy. Children with a high fever or difficulty breathing are seen first at triage.

Yes. Records are stored electronically with restricted access. Results are released only to you, your referring doctor or, with your written consent, your employer.

Who handles complaints and feedback?
